We appreciate your interest in volunteering for the Texas Venture Fest! Please review the following ways to contribute and about volunteer benefits. We have limited opportunities, and review candidates for specific backgrounds. The biggest celebration of Texas startups co-hosted by the ecosystem of entrepreneur support in 10+ different cities for 3,000 Texans cannot be done without you, so thank you… TEAM FEST!

VOLUNTEER CHECKLIST
1) INVITATIONS: Invite at least 50 people to the event Linkedin page (HERE), prioritizing by order: investors, startups, banks/law firms/HR/Recruiting, etc.
2) SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS: Please publish at least 1 LinkedIn post (tag CS Freeland, Sarah Romanko, Nikolas Hamon, and the Texas Venture Fest LinkedIn page) 1) mentioning being accepted as a volunteer and/or that you’re going to the event. Also include the www.texasventurefest.com link. 2) Please take some great pictures throughout the event, and post on LinkedIn to help spread the word after the event.
3) WHAT TO BRING: Please bring a phone battery pack for your phone if you’re checking in Texas Venture Fest registrants.
4) PARKING: Rideshare is recommended as there are limited parking options.
Red Fridge Society: There’s neighborhood parking around Red Fridge Society that is free.
Q-Branch: Q-Branch is located on historic 6th street in Austin, TX in the Hanning Row office building. Parking is at Littlefield Garage (508 Brazos St.) or the Spaces Parking garage (515 Congress Ave.)
5) ATTIRE: It’s a business casual / networking crowd, so attire isn’t formal but professional.
