In one Texas-sized day, we’re featuring our state’s ecosystem of entrepreneur support. Thank you for your leadership in co-creating this event by participating in the ways listed below.

 

Greater Venture Ecosystem Participation

We partner with a wide array of organizations that fuel the ecosystem of entrepreneur support—each contributing distinct strengths that help drive the innovation economy forward. Below is a list of ways these partners engage with Texas Venture Fest, organized from ‘easiest’ to ‘most involved’.

Venture Capital Firms

-Networking Mixer, 5-8pm
-Feature Panels: LP investors or Portfolio CEOs
-Showcasing Startups at Your Venue (featured table space, roll up signs)

Universities

-Networking Event
-Feature a Variety of Investor Panelists/a Speaker:
angel network investor, accelerator, venture capital firm, family offices, venture-backed startup (to share experience raising money), or type of industry
-Showcase a Cohort in a Demo Day Format or Pitch Competition
-Present a Check, Followed by Fireside Chat w/ Startup
-Startup Crawl: Feature Many Startups in Booths
-Use the Event to Spotlight a New Program or Resource Launch (newsletter, database, etc)

-Networking Mixer, 5-8pm
-Feature a Variety of Panelists: angel network investor, accelerator, venture capital firm, family offices, venture-backed startup (to share experience raising money), or type of industry
-Feature Pro-Innovation /Pro-Startup Elected & Appointed Officials (Mayors, Legislators, City Council)
-Regional Collaboration: With Other Chambers, EDCs, City/State Offices in the region
